The only exception is for teens ages 16–17, who must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian present at the appointment to sign consent. ✨ Deposits & Booking • A non-refundable deposit and a valid card on file are required to secure your appointment. • If a card is removed or becomes invalid, future booking privileges may be restricted. ✨ Rescheduling • Clients may reschedule up to 48 hours before their appointment. • Rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a $50 fee. ✨ Cancellations & No-Shows • A 40% fee applies to cancellations or no-shows made within 48 hours of your appointment. • No-shows may result in being banned from future bookings. ✨ Punctuality • Please arrive on time for your appointment. • A 10-minute grace period is allowed; after that, your appointment may be canceled and cancellation fees may still apply. ✨ Guests • No extra guests are allowed during appointments. • The only exception is for teens ages 16–17 accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for consent. ✨ Client Conduct & Service Rights • Icey Bodies reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for policy violations, disrespectful behavior, or unsafe environments. • Disrespectful behavior may result in being banned from future appointments. ✨ Communication • All appointments must be booked through our website. • For faster responses, please contact us during business hours using the phone number listed on our website. • Please avoid using social media for appointment questions, changes, or booking requests. ✨ Client Responsibilities • Clients are responsible for bringing the correct remaining balance to their appointment. • Please check our website for accurate service pricing. • All appointments require a deposit and valid card on file. ✨ Refund Policy • All services are strictly non-refundable. • Any concerns or adjustments must be addressed during your appointment.
