Welcome Icey Bodies Clients, OUR POLICIES: -DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS: There is a $20 non-refundable deposit required to secure your appointment and have a valid card on file. Our website is accepted for a deposit payment. If the card is removed or invalid clients will be banned from booking future appointments. -SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS & NO-SHOWS: We charge a 40% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellations within 48 hours of scheduled appointment. Clients will be banned from booking future appointments if you are a no-show. -TIME MANAGEMENT: Please be on time for your appointment. There’s an exception of a 10 minute late grace period. After that 10 minutes your appointment will be canceled and the card on file will be charged the 40% cancellation fee. -RESCHEDULING: Clients have 48 hours to reschedule. If failed to do so a rescheduling fee of $50 if outside of the 48 hour window. -GUESTS: Please remember clients cannot have any extra guest(s) allowed during appointments. -CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES: Please be responsible for bringing the correct balance to your appointment. The website has correct service prices if you’re not sure about the price. -REFUND POLICY: There is a no-refund policy. Please notify us if you want us to make any adjustments during your appointment. Once you leave your appointment, We cannot make any changes or adjustments. -TEETH WHITENING & TOOTH GEM APPOINTMENT INFORMATION: Please eat before coming to your appointment. We recommend not to eat for 2 hours after your appointment. We recommend to not smoke or vape for the next 2-4 hours after your appointment. Tooth gems are bonded to the enamel of your teeth with dental adhesive so there’s no drilling or holes involved. We do not offer gem removal. If you decide to remove tooth gem(s) or to get excess glue off please go to your dentist to get it removed.
